Soups On!

I love soup, there is something warm and cozy about it.  My mom used to make me tomato soup with grilled cheese when I was little, and it is still my go-to comfort meal.  My dad would make turkey-noodle soup for me every year after Thanksgiving, and when I say for me, yes it was for me, he made it the way I liked it because I liked it best, as a matter of fact that was probably my favorite thing about Thanksgiving, the day after turkey-noodle soup.  I am now a vegetarian, but if there is one thing that could temp me back, it would be that soup!

When the fabulous Laura of Tip Junkie said I could make anything I want for her site and she would post it, well, it had to be a soup thing (it was a cool day, and I was feeling nostalgic) so I came up with this simple soup set, I did a drawing to resemble Laurie, and added some veggies I recently drew that I thought were too cute not to share!  It includes a shopping list/planner page and recipe cards, enjoy, share and have soup!
