Red White and Blue!

Create a garland from these fun pennants, great for your Independence Day or Flag Day celebration.  Also a small string of pennants can be used to add to your Summer decor.  I suggest adding some glitter, paints, and additional papers. Use them individually on small dowels or straws and put then in your yard or a bouquet.
